Maybe you have noticed that the release of our book has been shifted to February. Unfortunately there was a delay with the publisher.
Fortunately, we are progressing. I am currently revising the proofs. I have updated a number of figures to improve readability, found some type here and there. A very tedious work, but important to deliver a solid text. I hope that the will be no further delays.
